How It Works

  2. We Check It Daily

    Its full following list is saved when tracking starts, then compared every day.

  3. See What Changed

    New follows and unfollows are listed by the day they were spotted.

How It Will Work

When you start tracking an account, we save its complete following list. Every day after that, we fetch the list again and compare the two: accounts that appear are new follows, accounts that vanish are unfollows, each dated the day we spotted it. The same works for followers on smaller accounts. Tracking only shows changes from the day it starts; nothing can tell you what happened before.

Why "Recent Follows" Apps Stopped Working

Instagram used to list who an account follows with the newest first, and many apps simply showed the top of that list. Since September 2026, Instagram no longer reliably shows the list in that order, so any tool that claims to show someone's latest follows from a single look may be guessing. Comparing complete lists over time is the only reliable way, and it is how this tracker will work.

Public Accounts Only

Only accounts whose following list is public can be tracked, which means public accounts. A private account's lists are visible only to its approved followers, and no honest tool can get around that.

Will the account know I am tracking it?

No. Tracking works from public lists and doesn't involve your Instagram account, so the owner gets no notification.

Can it track private accounts?

No. Private accounts keep their lists for approved followers only.

What will you do with my email address?

Send you one email when the tracker opens. We never share it, and we delete it if you ask.
